Hello Netlify Support,
My Netlify team (GROWRIIOT’s team) was recently suspended for non-payment, causing my website, ozarktrading.com, to go offline and display a 404/Site Not Found page.
I recently changed credit cards and updated my payment method as soon as I became aware of the issue. Prior to this card change, I had not been actively using Netlify for quite some time, so I was unaware there was a billing issue until I noticed the site was unavailable.
I have already contacted support regarding this issue but have not yet received a response. It appears this occurred very close to the weekend, so I understand response times may be delayed, but I wanted to follow up and ensure my request is being reviewed.
Could you please assist with the following:
- Confirm whether my updated payment method has been successfully processed.
- Let me know if there are any outstanding charges preventing reactivation.
- Provide an estimated timeline for restoring my team and websites.
- Advise if there are any additional steps required on my end.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance in restoring access to my team and bringing ozarktrading.com back online as soon as possible.
