Suspended projects

Hello Netlify Support,

I am contacting you urgently regarding my Netlify account and the suspension of my websites due to a billing/payment issue.

The affected websites are essential for my business operations:

These websites are used for partner communication, company verification, PSP/payment provider discussions, and general business credibility. Their suspension is causing serious disruption to my work.

I have already tried to resolve the billing/payment issue, but I have not received a timely response. Please urgently help me with one of the following:

  1. Reactivate/unlock my account so I can update the payment method and pay any outstanding invoice;

  2. Confirm the exact outstanding amount and provide a direct way to pay it;

  3. Temporarily restore the websites while the billing issue is being resolved.

Please treat this as urgent, as these are not hobby websites but active business websites connected to my company and product.
