Every Card I've Used Gets Declined! It's been 5 weeks! Need Support ASAP

I need support on this ASAP. I’ve been asking for support to get my billing method updated so I can purchase additional credits so my sites aren’t suspended. I need a real person from Netlify to help remedy this situation without giving the suggestion to wait 24 hours before trying a new card again. I have read through posts of people having similar issues. These things need to be fixed right away for your customers.
