Urgent - card decline error

URGENT - Error message: “Your card has been declined”

This happens every time we try to update the payment details on the account. As far as I can see there are no billing settings or permissions that are configurable. The issue persists with any card (credit card or debit) with any bank in any country.

There seems to be no straightforward way at all to fix this issue - support hasn’t got back to us, there isn’t the right info on forums, there is nothing in any documentation offering a solution.

The website will go down in less than 2 weeks if this is not addressed. Greatly disappointed at the lack of help and service with this matter…it should NOT be so difficult to take our money!
