Hi Netlify Support,
My domain (economentor .com) expired 22 days ago and my website is down. My payment method is already added and saved in my billing settings.
I opened a support ticket 16 days ago (Ticket #1066285) but haven’t received any response yet. Since the 24-hour restriction prevents me from auto-renewing manually from the dashboard, I urgently need someone to trigger the renewal payment from my saved card.
Could a team member please help process this today?
