Hi Netlify Community,
I’m having an urgent issue with renewing my domain, ertugrulmuhendislikkonya.com.
The domain expired on September 24, and it is currently inactive. I contacted Netlify Support two days ago and opened support ticket #1131186. I was then advised to continue with ticket #1131973.
Netlify Support confirmed that a domain specialist would confirm the renewal fee and complete the renewal for me. However, I have been waiting for two days and the domain is still inactive. I have also replied to the support ticket several times and confirmed that I am ready to pay the renewal fee immediately.
I have still not received:
- The renewal fee
- Confirmation of the domain’s current status
- Instructions for completing the renewal
- Confirmation that the renewal has been processed
Could someone please help escalate this to the appropriate domain specialist or support team?
I urgently need to renew this domain and would like to complete the payment and renewal as soon as possible.
