Urgent Escalation: Domain Locked on Suspended Team – Paid Customer Unable to Use Service

Hello Netlify Support,

I am writing to formally escalate an issue that has remained unresolved for four days despite multiple support requests.

My domain is:

hesapica.com

My current Netlify project is:

hesapicax.netlify.app

My account email is:

incelemegrafik@gmail.com

The problem started because my previous Netlify team/account became suspended after a payment issue. Once the account was suspended, I lost the ability to manage my project and domain settings.

Since I urgently needed my website back online, I was forced to create a new team and redeploy my project. However, when I attempted to connect my domain (hesapica.com) to the new project, Netlify reported that the domain is already attached to another project.

The issue is obvious: the domain is still locked to the old suspended project/team, yet I no longer have access to manage it.

What makes this situation extremely frustrating is that I already purchased a paid plan ($9/month) after seeing indications that restoring payment would help resolve the suspension issue. Instead, the subscription and credits were applied to the newly created team, while the original suspended team remained inaccessible and unchanged.

As a result:

  • I have paid for a service that I cannot properly use.

  • My domain remains locked.

  • My website cannot be deployed under its proper domain.

  • I have lost valuable time while waiting for support.

  • I have been sending emails for four days without receiving a practical solution.

Frankly, I do not understand why this process has become so complicated. There are several straightforward ways to verify domain ownership and transfer the domain association, such as ownership verification through DNS records, registrar verification, or temporary release of the domain from the suspended project.

Instead, I am being forced into a lengthy support process while my business and project remain affected.

I am requesting immediate intervention from someone who has the authority to:

  1. Remove hesapica.com from the old suspended project/team.

  2. Allow me to connect the domain to hesapicax.netlify.app.

  3. Confirm that the domain ownership issue has been resolved.

If Netlify is unable or unwilling to provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe, then I request a full refund of the subscription I purchased, as I have been unable to use the service for its intended purpose despite being a paying customer.

Please escalate this ticket to a senior support engineer or account specialist who can directly resolve the domain ownership conflict.

I expect a concrete solution rather than general troubleshooting instructions.

Thank you.
