Hello Netlify Support,
My old Netlify account has been suspended, and I can no longer access it.
I own the domain germanmitarjun.in, which is registered with GoDaddy.
I have created a new Netlify account and deployed my website successfully, but I cannot attach my domain because it is still managed by the suspended Netlify account.
The error message says:
“germanmitarjun.in or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
I can verify ownership through my GoDaddy account and DNS records.
Could you please either restore access to my old account, or release germanmitarjun.in from the suspended account so I can connect it to my new Netlify site?
