Request to release domain keepbraining.com from suspended project

Hi Netlify team,

I’m requesting help releasing the custom domain keepbraining.com so I can add it to my new project.

What happened:

  • I previously had a KeepBraining team on a paid Netlify plan.
    • Around May 2, 2025, the payment method on file failed. I received multiple emails requesting a valid credit card (May 2, May 5, May 8).
      • On May 9, 2025, my projects were suspended due to non-payment.
        • I recently logged back in with a password reset and found that the old team/projects appear to have been deleted or purged.
          • I created a new KeepBraining team on the Free plan and deployed a fresh project from GitHub.
            • However, when I try to add my domain keepbraining.com, I get the error: “Another project is already using this domain.”
          • The domain is still bound to the old suspended/deleted project, so I cannot assign it to my new one.
        • Request:
      • Could you please release keepbraining.com (and www.keepbraining.com) from the old project so I can add it to my new project?
    • I’m also happy to resume a paid plan or upgrade if needed – the project is actively under development and we plan to scale.
