URGENT: Domain Release Request - xenopati-vault.my.id (Orphaned from Deleted Team)

Hi Netlify Support,

I am the owner of the domain xenopati-vault.my.id. I recently deleted my previous Netlify team named “xenopati X ditjie” without removing this custom domain first.

Now, I am unable to add this domain to my new account/team because it says it’s already managed by another team. It seems like an orphaned project is still holding the domain in your database.

I have already verified my ownership by adding a TXT record to my DNS via Cloudflare:

Domain: xenopati-vault.my.id

TXT Record Content: verified-for-netlify-by-king-ditjie

Could you please manually release/flush this domain from your internal database so I can link it to my new project?

The domain is on an account that exceed the limits of the free plan. For this reason, the domain cannot be released until the next billing cycle day for that account which is June 3, 2026.

If you write in again on that day, we will free up the domain for use on a new account at that time.
