I deleted my previous Netlify account by mistake and now I cannot add the domain to my new account. It shows that the domain is still managed by another team.
I no longer have access to the previous account.
Can you please remove the DNS zone or release the domain so I can use it again?
I am writing to you regarding an issue I am experiencing with my website domain name [preverge.site )] I had previously deployed my website on Netlify using this domain name, but then deleted my Netlify account. However, a few hours later, I activated the a new account and the registered email id where my website is deployed is [simonxplore@gmail.com)
Unfortunately, I am now unable to use my website domain on my new Netlify account. Every time I try to use the domain, I receive an error message indicating that it is already taken. I have already added a TXT configuration to the domain’s website to prove my ownership of the domain.
I believe that the issue may be due to a link between the domain name and another Netlify site/team. I request your help in removing this link so that I can use the domain on my reactivated Netlify account.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if you require any further information from me.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Hello Luke, Following up as advised after June 2nd regarding the release of badukaezingasolucoes.com. This is still blocking my project, so I kindly request your assistance to release it as soon as possible. I’m available for any verification.
