Here is my problem , I created my account a month before and hosted my website on netlify, it got hosted successfully but now after a month when I wanted to make some changes and wanted to move my site on another domain, I tried to login but I’m not able to its asking me for verification and asking for documents hence I provided as per the requested and as I’m uploading the documents its showing me this error “We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.” at each and every point and each and every document in desktop and in mobile both , I tried with different documents also but in all the uploads its only showing this even though I had not done any thing.
please I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.
Hi, what country is your documents being submitted from? Please ensure your documents meet one of the acceptable documents as outlined here.
If this is still not working for you the other solution is to upgrade to a pro account.
