please, I got this error message in the process of login to my account “Authenticating failed due to the following error: Your account requires additional verification. Please check your email and follow the instructions to verify your account.”
but I have not receive the verification link, please how can I resolve this issue?
I need verification link please.

    1. Letërnjoftimi (National Identity Card)
  • However, after few minutes of verification I received this message
  • "Your identity verification could not be completed because of the following error:
  • The document was not readable. It may have been blurry or not well lit." from### verifyid@netlify.com

  • Please, how can I resolve this? Please help me.
