I am trying to log in to change an important item on my website, but I cannot get pass the two factor authentication. I receive an access denied when i enter it from MS authentication app and dont have / recall any other app I used nor the manual codes.
I contacted support twice today but didn’t hear back and couldn’t find a number to call. how do I manage to log in?
