Tried adding a custom domain to my site but received an error stating that my-domain or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team. I do not have any other teams or accounts so how can I rectify this issue?

We will need to know which domain you are trying to add.
Our Support team can remove the domain from that other account - provided you can verify ownership or control of the domain.
To do this, please create a DNS TXT record for verified-for-netlify.<YOURDOMAIN> with a value of verifying for netlify support case #102408. Let us know when that is done, and then we can delete the domain from the other account.

Thanks for your prompt reply @charlottechhum I’ve added the DNS TXT record. The domain is kimoyolabs.com
Hi, i’m not seeing this when I check for your TXT record.

Host verified-for-netlify.kimoyolabs.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
Can you please take a look at this support guide and give it another go?
