"Transaction denied" when trying to upgrade from Starter to Pro plan

Hello I am trying to upgrade my netlify to pro
but I don’t have a credit card and it is showing transaction failed 422 error while I am doing with debit card
Please help its really urgent
I have many clients whose website are running and almost 73 gb is used with in 10 days

yes sir it was a problem of debit card
also is there a way to know which of my website is taking resources I have 150 website running on netlify and I don’t know which one I should check

What kind of resources are you talking about exactly? Most resources are shown in the billing settings for each site.

well I really dont know a lot but my websites I make are all static in nature and they generally took 1 gb per month but in 10 days they took 98 gb now
Dont know why tho
If I am hosting a document in netlify and someone access it will that also be count as bandwidth.
Never in a millions year I thought I have to pay for the resources in static website lol, But here we are :slight_smile:

Hello, we are also having the same issue with our cards. Have tried with more than 15 cards to make the payment but each time it throws a transaction declined error.

I’ve also encountered an obstacle trying to do a transaction in order to buy the pro pack. Maybe there are some regulations with the cards between countries? I’ve used the same card for Digital Ocean which worked for me.

hello @hillary @perry i’m facing the same issues and its showing as “Transaction Declined”.
Tried it on different browsers, different devices(even on a mobile phone) and also in incognito tab.
Here’s a screenshot of the message thats being logged in the console when this happens:

Hey @hillary, my website is supposed to get some huge traffic in the next few days. Don’t know if the current plan will be enough until someone contacts me on the transaction issue. I don’t want the website to be down. Can you please do the necessary and speed up this process.

@hillary @perry i hope that you have seen my recent reply. I am in immediate need of the upgrade and the helpdesk hasn’t contacted me yet on my mail. I really dont want my website to be down after it hits the max bandwidth. Please look into it as soon as possible and do the needful.
