I sent a support request early yesterday morning but haven’t received a reply yet — I manage a website: https://crossedwires.live — an external agency has built a user platform and require a subdomain on their Netlify account.
The only way I can find to make this happen is for Netlify staff to permit the use of the subdomain on another account. Is this correct, would it be possible to get a hand with this?
The subdomain they need is https://vip.crossedwires.live
