Hi Netlify team,
My site is affected by the known “stuck operational credits flag” bug — the dashboard shows “running on operational credits, production deploys and Agent Runners are paused” with deploys skipped due to “account credit usage exceeded,” even though my Usage & Billing page shows credits still available. This matches many other Free plan reports of the same issue in the past weeks.
