Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner “pedro-nts-95’s team is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, Usage & Billing shows 27/30 credits available, so the balance clearly hasn’t been used. This matches the known operational-credits flag bug reported by several other Free plan teams recently.
