Subject: Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys blocked (team: stately-sawine-cd247e)
Hi Netlify team,
My team (site: stately-sawine-cd247e.netlify.app) is on the Free plan and is showing the banner: “is now running on operational credits — Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
My Usage & Billing page still shows credits available for the current billing period, so this appears to be the known July/August 2026 stuck credit-flag bug that has blocked production deploys for many other Free plan teams despite remaining balance.
Could an admin please reset the stuck operational-credits flag and re-enable production deploys for my team? I deploy via Netlify Drop and am currently unable to publish updates.
