I am writing to request urgent assistance with a custom domain issue for my site. My Netlify site is lpebookiacorretores
(subdomain: https://lpebookiacorretores.netlify.app
), and I am trying to configure the custom domain brunolcorrea.com.br
.
Problem Description:
Despite repeated attempts and thorough checks, the custom domain brunolcorrea.com.br
remains stuck in the “Awaiting External DNS” status within my Netlify site settings. The site is currently inaccessible via the custom domain.
Context and Steps Already Taken:
- Netlify Subdomain Functionality: The site is fully functional and accessible via its Netlify subdomain (
https://lpebookiacorretores.netlify.app
), confirming that the site’s deployment and code are working correctly. - DNS Configuration: I have correctly configured the
A
records for the root domain (@
) on my DNS provider (Hostinger) to point to Netlify’s IP addresses:
34.234.106.80
100.28.201.155
- DNS Propagation Confirmed: I have extensively verified the DNS propagation using external tools like
https://dnschecker.org/
. This tool consistently shows that both Netlify IP addresses are correctly propagated globally forbrunolcorrea.com.br
across multiple servers worldwide. - Accessibility Tests: I have attempted to access
brunolcorrea.com.br
from various devices and networks (including different internet providers and mobile data), and the domain remains inaccessible. This rules out local DNS caching issues on my end. - Troubleshooting on Netlify: I have tried removing and re-adding
brunolcorrea.com.br
as a custom domain within my Netlify site settings, ensuring that “External DNS” was selected as the DNS provider option. However, the status reverts to “Awaiting External DNS” each time, even after waiting for several hours. - Impact: Due to this issue, I have had to pause an active ad campaign on Meta Ads that was directing traffic to this domain, resulting in potential loss of leads and budget.
Request:
Given that the DNS records are correctly configured on my end and their global propagation is confirmed, it appears there might be an internal issue on Netlify’s side preventing the domain from being recognized and activated.
Could you please investigate why brunolcorrea.com.br
is not being provisioned and recognized by Netlify, despite the correct DNS setup and propagation? Any insights or manual intervention would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
