Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for my custom domain. Clicking “Provision certificate” returns: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”.
Site: iowa-pmp-kb.netlify.app
Custom domain: pmp.iowasolutions.kz
DNS: external, CNAME correctly pointing to iowa-pmp-kb.netlify.app, verification passes. No blocking CAA records, DNSSEC is not enabled.
It appears a stale certificate record is stuck on the backend. Could you please reset/clear the SSL state for this site so I can provision a fresh certificate?
