Hi Netlify Support,

My site is: superb-druid-0a8fa5.netlify.app
Custom domain: bloomycraftlabs.com

DNS verification was successful, but when I click “Provision certificate” I get the error: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

Could you please clear/reset the existing stale certificate record for my site so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue.

Site: fanfidelityapp.netlify.app
Custom domain: fanfidelity.it / www.fanfidelity.it

DNS verification for www.fanfidelity.it has been showing as
“Pending DNS verification” for over 2 weeks. I’ve confirmed via
whatsmydns.net that the CNAME record (www → fanfidelityapp.netlify.app)
is correctly configured and fully propagated globally.

When I click “Renew certificate”, I get this error:
“Certificate renewal incomplete: missing domains www.fanfidelity.it”

Could you please clear/reset the stale certificate state for my
site so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate covering
both domains?

hey @Gaglioffo your error is actually different from those above, and is being raised because this DNS record is misconfigured:

$ dig +short www.fanfidelity.it
fanfidelityapp.netifly.app.
192.157.56.140

The record should be configured as below:

www CNAME fanfidelityapp.netlify.app.

Once this change is made the SSL certificate should provision. Please reach out with any questions!
