Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.
Netlify site name: tbodmrcanalysis.netlify.app
Custom domain: tboeagence.dtdsodeci.ci
DNS verification: successful (green check).
When I click “Provision certificate”, I get the error:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
It looks like there is a stale/stuck certificate record on the backend that Netlify is trying to update instead of creating a new one. This has been blocking provisioning for about 10 days.
Could you please clear/reset the existing SSL certificate state so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?
