Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.
- Netlify site name: cozy-sunburst-b26f36.netlify.app
- Custom domain: dolphinclubirvine.com
- DNS provider: Netlify DNS (using Netlify nameservers, domain registered through Canva)
DNS verification completes successfully (“DNS verification was successful ✓”), but when I click “Provision certificate” I get this error:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
I’ve tried:
- Re-running DNS verification
- Retrying provisioning multiple times
- Waiting and trying again later
It appears there may be a stale or stuck certificate record on the backend for this site. Could you please reset/clear the existing SSL certificate state so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?
Thank you!
