Hello Netlify Support,
We are unable to provision the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for our custom domain.
Netlify site: cx-climaxe
Custom domain: cx-climaxe.com.br
DNS verification is successful and Netlify confirms that the domain is ready to provision the TLS certificate.
However, when we click “Provision certificate”, Netlify returns:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
This appears to indicate that an existing/stuck certificate record is preventing the normal Let’s Encrypt provisioning flow.
Could you please reset/reprovision the existing certificate state for this domain so that Netlify can issue and install a new Let’s Encrypt certificate?
DNS has already been verified successfully.
