Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.
- Site name: comforting-truffle-e8e180.netlify.app
- Custom domain: mondaynightminigolf.com
- DNS verification shows successful in the dashboard
- DNS propagation confirmed globally via whatsmydns.net
- Let’s Debug (letsdebug.net) shows “All OK” for http-01 validation
- No AAAA records, no CAA records, DNSSEC is off
When I click “Provision certificate,” I get this error every time: “certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
This appears to be a stale/stuck certificate state on the backend. Could someone please reset it so I can provision a fresh certificate?
