Hi Netlify team,
My site name: fanciful-faloodeh-d90618 (fanciful-faloodeh-d90618.netlify.app)
Custom domain: diamantedigital.online
External DNS (Hostinger), not Netlify DNS.
DNS is fully configured and verified: apex A record → 75.2.60.5, no AAAA, no CAA, no DNSSEC. The domain management page shows “DNS verification was successful” every time.
However, clicking “Provision certificate” fails consistently. The first couple of attempts returned the generic “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain” banner. Now every attempt returns this specific error in the modal:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
Based on other threads with the exact same message, it looks like there is a stale/stuck certificate record on the backend for this site blocking a fresh provision. Could you please reset the SSL certificate state for this site so I can provision a new Let’s Encrypt certificate?
Thanks!
