Hi Netlify Support,
I need help with an SSL certificate that I cannot provision for my custom domain.
Netlify site: sparkling-pie-f8e78c.netlify.app
Custom domain: great-a-tude.co.za
My DNS configuration has been verified successfully by Netlify.
My DNS records are:
- A: great-a-tude.co.za → 75.2.60.5
- CNAME: www.great-a-tude.co.za → sparkling-pie-f8e78c.netlify.app
When I click Provision certificate under HTTPS, I receive this error:
“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”
I have already clicked Verify DNS configuration, and Netlify confirms:
“DNS verification was successful ✓”
I also tried provisioning the Let’s Encrypt certificate again, but the same error occurs.
Could you please check whether there is a stale or existing SSL certificate associated with my site and reset/clear the certificate state so that a new Let’s Encrypt certificate can be provisioned?
Thank you.
