SSL certificate stuck provisioning — Requesting backend state flush/reset

Hello Netlify Support,

My site’s SSL certificate has been stuck on the backend provisioning process for a few weeks now. The dashboard shows that DNS verification is successful, but the Let’s Encrypt certificate never actually issues.

I want to keep my hosting completely on Netlify, but I need an admin’s help to clear the stuck task loop in the database.

  • Netlify Site Name/URL: ordixa.netlify.app

  • Custom Domain: ordixaa.comand www.ordixaa.com

  • DNS Setup: External DNS. I previously had a wildcard (*) record active which may have caused the initial conflict, but I have now completely removed it.

My external DNS records are currently strictly configured to match Netlify’s guidelines:

  • Apex Domain: Single A Record pointing to 75.2.60.5

  • www Subdomain: CNAME record pointing to ordixa.netlify.app

Could a support engineer please manually flush/reset the stale SSL certificate authorization state or re-trigger the certificate provisioning for this site ID now that the DNS is cleared up?

Thank you for your help!
