Hello, my site’s SSL certificate is stuck on
“Currently provisioning your Let’s Encrypt certificate” and it has been over 24 hours.
My nameservers are configured correctly using Netlify DNS and show up as green and active in my dashboard. However, because of the stuck provisioning task, my site is in a “locked state”.
I am unable to remove or modify the custom domains, and my default netlify. app link is completely dead.
Could a staff member please manually clear the stuck certificate block on the backend and trigger a clean re-issuance?
