Hi Netlify Support,
I’m unable to provision a Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for my custom domain.
Netlify site name: spontaneous-zuccutto-893118.netlify.app
Custom domain: huminco.kr (and www.huminco.kr)
DNS verification is successful (“DNS verification was successful ✓”), and I’m
using Netlify DNS (nameservers pointing to dns1.p04.nsone.net). DNS records look
correct — NETLIFY record type pointing to my site, plus a TXT record for Google
site verification. No CAA records exist that would block issuance.
When I click “Provision certificate,” it appears to succeed briefly, but after
some time (and on refresh) it returns to the error: “We could not provision a
Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.” This has happened repeatedly
across multiple attempts over the past few days.
At one point, I also saw a message saying “We’re provisioning a certificate for
your site, you cannot change custom domains until that process completes” —
suggesting the provisioning process may be stuck on the backend rather than
failing outright.
Could someone please check and reset the SSL certificate provisioning state
for this site?
Thank you!
