Hi support team,
My Netlify site name is: bmills-preview.netlify.app
My custom domain is: djbmills.com
The domain had a stale Netlify DNS zone conflict that caused Let’s Encrypt renewals to fail repeatedly, leading to an expired certificate today.
I have fully deleted the Netlify DNS zone from my team account and verified my external DNS records at GoDaddy are pointing correctly to Netlify’s external servers.
However, because the automated system retried so many times during the conflict, I am now locked out by this dashboard error:
“SSL Provisioning is temporarily disabled because too many recent CertOrder creation with the site.”
Could an admin please manually clear the stuck pending authorizations on the backend and force-reprovision the certificate for djbmills.com and www.djbmills.com?
Thank you!
