SSL certificate provisioning stuck for otasukesan.com — DNS verified

Hello Netlify Support,

My SSL certificate provisioning has been stuck for more than 24 hours.

Site name: otasukesan.netlify.app
Primary domain: otasukesan.com
Domain alias: www.otasukesan.com
DNS provider: Netlify DNS

I have confirmed the following:

  • DNS verification is successful.
  • Both domains show Netlify DNS green checkmarks.
  • Netlify name servers are correctly configured and propagated.
  • There are no AAAA records.
  • There are no restrictive CAA records.
  • DNSSEC is not enabled.
  • The site works through the netlify.app address.
  • The custom domain still returns the default *.netlify.app certificate and browsers show NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.

Could you please perform a DNS resync/repair and manually trigger a new Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate issuance for otasukesan.com and www.otasukesan.com?

Thank you.

Hello Netlify Support,

Update: I clicked “Verify DNS configuration” again, and Netlify now shows: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Both otasukesan.com and www.otasukesan.com still show Netlify DNS.

Could you please reset/resync the DNS and SSL certificate state, and manually trigger a new Let’s Encrypt certificate issuance?

Thank you.
