SSL certificate not provisioning after 48+ hours – DNS verification successful, Let's Debug All OK

Hi Netlify Support,

I’m unable to provision the automatic Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for husong.com.my.

Site: inspiring-frangollo-d0a947.netlify.app
Primary domain: husong.com.my
Alias: www.husong.com.my
DNS: Netlify DNS

The domain has been configured for more than 48 hours and the site works over HTTP, but the SSL certificate has not been provisioned.

Troubleshooting completed:

  • Both apex and www show Netlify DNS
  • Registrar nameservers are:
  • Netlify DNS verification repeatedly returns “DNS verification was successful”
  • DNSSEC is OFF at the registrar
  • Netlify DNS zone currently contains only the two automatic NETLIFY records for apex and www
  • IPv6 has not been enabled
  • Let’s Debug HTTP-01 returns “All OK!”

The unusual behavior is that after DNS verification succeeds, the SSL/TLS section later returns to “Waiting on DNS propagation.”

Could you please check what is preventing certificate provisioning and whether there is anything else that needs to be corrected on my side?

Hi, just following up on this issue.

The SSL certificate is still not provisioning and the status remains “Waiting on DNS propagation.” DNS verification has previously succeeded and Let’s Debug HTTP-01 still reports “All OK.”

Could someone from the Netlify team please take a look when available?
