Hello Netlify Support,
My SSL certificate has been stuck for almost 48 hours.
Site name: voluble-tarsier-4868fa
Netlify subdomain: voluble-tarsier-4868fa.netlify.app
Primary domain: checkbohum.store
WWW domain: www.checkbohum.store
I am using Netlify DNS.
Current DNS records:
- checkbohum.store → NETLIFY → voluble-tarsier-4868fa.netlify.app
- www.checkbohum.store → CNAME → voluble-tarsier-4868fa.netlify.app
Cafe24 nameservers are set to:
What I already checked:
- Netlify Domain management shows Netlify DNS
- Retry DNS verification says DNS verification was successful
- Let’s Debug shows All OK for both checkbohum.store and www.checkbohum.store
- There are no AAAA records
- There are no duplicate A records
- HTTP works, but HTTPS still shows a browser security warning
It looks like the certificate provisioning is stuck on Netlify’s side.
Could a Netlify support engineer please manually reset/re-provision the Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate for this site?
Thank you.
