Hi,
My site’s Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate has been stuck provisioning for over 24 hours. My configuration appears fully correct, so I’d appreciate a manual re-provision from your side.
Site details:
- Site name: haarchitect
- Primary domain: haarchitect.be
- Secondary: www.haarchitect.be (redirects to primary)
- DNS: External DNS (registrar/DNS host is Combell)
DNS configuration:
- A record for the apex (haarchitect.be) points to 75.2.60.5
- CNAME for www points to haarchitect.netlify.app
- All AAAA records have been removed
- DNSSEC was initially enabled at the previous setup and has since been fully disabled at the registrar
Current status:
- Netlify shows “DNS verification was successful”
- The certificate has NOT been provisioned
- The site currently serves the default *.netlify.app DigiCert certificate instead of a domain-specific Let’s Encrypt certificate, which causes NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID in the browser
Diagnostics I’ve already run:
- Let’s Debug (http-01) for haarchitect.be returns “All OK — No issues were found”
- DNSViz confirms there is no DNSSEC active on haarchitect.be (no DNSKEY/DS records on the domain, unsigned delegation from .be)
- I have clicked “Retry DNS verification” multiple times without result
Since both Let’s Debug and DNSViz are clean and DNS verification succeeds, this appears to be a stuck provisioning job on Netlify’s side. Could you please manually re-provision the certificate?
