Solved, just found out that the domain exists in the Domains tab, but I don’t remember, it works after deleting the domain.
Hi, I want to use the exists domain(hbs.razonyang.com) to another site, I’ve removed the domain from the previous site, but I can not reuse it in my another site:
custom_domain is owned by another account
I don’t use Netlify DNS, I’m using cloudflare.
I’ve added a TXT record on my domain(razonyang.com) as [Support Guide] "another site is using this domain" Verifying domain ownership for Netlify custom domain mentioned.

The same problem still occurs, even if I use other subdomains of razonyang.com…
