Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with slow server response times on my website (https://ninomed-tech.ru/) hosted on Netlify. The average server response time exceeds 3 seconds and can be up to 30 seconds, which is causing difficulties for users when accessing the site.
This issue started on January 22, and before that, everything was working perfectly with normal response times. I suspect the problem might be related to hosting infrastructure.
If the issue is not related to netlify infrastructure, I would appreciate any recommendations for optimizing the site’s performance.

I forgot to mention that I’m experiencing intermittent 5xx server errors and slow response times (up to 30 seconds) on my website, particularly for users accessing it via Yandex Browser. This issue is causing Yandex Webmaster to flag these errors and remove pages from the Yandex index, which is significantly impacting my site’s visibility in Russia.

  2. Domain Delegation: The domain is delegated by Netlify, but it was purchased through Beget.

  4. Intermittent Nature: The 5xx errors and slow loading times occur from time to time, making it difficult to capture a HAR file that consistently reproduces the issue.

What I’ve Observed:

  • Yandex Webmaster reports 5xx errors, but these errors are not consistently reproducible on my end.
  • When the issue occurs, the server response time can exceed 30 seconds, leading to a poor user experience.
  • The problem seems to be specific to Yandex Browser, as other browsers do not exhibit the same behavior.
