Hi Netlify Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with one of my sites that appears to have been administratively disabled.
Site Details
- Site name:
muthclo - Custom domain:
kitdrop.live - Team:
HrridoyV2's team - Plan: Free (Team)
What happened
- The project suddenly shows “Suspended” in the dashboard.
- The project card is greyed out and I cannot click or open it.
- Visiting
https://kitdrop.livenow returns “Site not found”. - My other Netlify projects under the same team are working normally.
What I’ve checked
- Bandwidth: 2 GB / 100 GB
- Build minutes: 1 / 300
- I did not exceed my account limits.
- I did not receive any suspension, abuse, or DMCA notification email.
API Response
Using the Netlify API, I found the following:
"disabled": true,
"state": "current",
"lifecycle_state": "active",
"disabled_reason": "https://internal.netlify.com/netlidesk/1070207"
The latest production deploy is still in the ready state, but the site has been disabled.
Request
Could someone please check why this site was administratively disabled?
If this was triggered automatically, I’d appreciate knowing the reason and what steps I need to take to restore the site.
Thank you very much for your help.
