My site dashing-druid-e272b3.netlify.app is showing as “Suspended site” and I cannot access the configuration panel in the Netlify dashboard. All pages (overview, domain management, project configuration) load only the sidebar menu but no content.

- The billing page shows 300 available credits and no overdue invoices
- I am not sure why the site was suspended. Could you please help me understand the reason and how to reactivate it?
- Once reactivated, I would also like to rename the site subdomain to trioddy-studio-design.netlify.app.
