I registered for an account with Netlify last Thursday night, but to my surprise, my account got flagged instantly without any apparent reason. I was presented with two options: either send an email for assistance or “Quickly” provide my passport, driver’s license, or identity card for verification. I chose the email option and promptly sent a request for help, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response yet.
My situation is quite urgent because I need this Netlify account to connect with my GitHub account for a programming class I’m currently enrolled in. Falling behind in the class due to this account issue is a genuine concern for me. Moreover, I anticipate needing this account for future job-related activities.
I haven’t even had the chance to use my account, and it’s perplexing why it was flagged for suspicious activity in the first place. I kindly request your assistance in unblocking my account and resolving this issue as soon as possible.
