Shopify domain to netlify won't work

Hello, I transferred domain from shopify (I purchase from shopify) to Netlify.
I spoke to shopify customer support 3 hrs and they said it is complete.
I have no idea why it is not connected.

my netlify site name is : https://monaile.netlify.app
Domain name is : http://monaile.com

Error with “Awaiting External DNS” Sign.

Please help.

Please go to: Netlify App, click on Awaiting External DNS and follow the steps mentioned in the modal. You can also find the DNS records to add here: Configure external DNS for a custom domain | Netlify Docs
