My netlify website has been flagged as dangerous and im not sure why. was i hacked?

Someone please help me! My website is not a clone or illegal or anything, its a simple landing page for my iOS app. PLEASE HELP ME :folded_hands:

I don’t get any errors on the site, you can try submitting a false positive report. Sadly, we don’t have much control over how Google flags this or decides to unflag it.
