Hi Netlify team,
I accidentally deleted my previous team that had DNS configuration for japinolink.com. I’ve created a new team but can’t add the domain as it shows the error “japinolink.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team”.
My Netlify account details:
Could you please help me remove the DNS zone from the old team?
I’ve added a TXT record (verified-for-netlify) to verify my domain ownership.
txt verified-for-netlify “Request for DNS zone removal - japinolink.com please”
@RikitoMorikawa You may want to try again, I do not see that TXT record.
I’m using this service, “https://www.value-domain.com/”.
and already added txt verified-for-netlify “Request for DNS zone removal - japinolink.com please”.

Now you just have to wait for Netlify’s staff to check it and do the removal.

Once the verification is complete, will I be able to register from the section shown in the attached image?

You will be able to add it to your account once Netlify remove it from any other accounts it is associated with.
Do you mind if I ask how much longer it might take before I can register?

Hello, I have removed the dns zone. You can now add your domain to your account.
