I am writing to request your assistance with a domain transfer issue. I previously had a site hosted on Netlify under a different team, and the domain for this site was managed by Netlify DNS. I have since deleted the site from the old team, but when I try to add the domain to my new team, I receive an error message stating that the domain is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.
The domain in question is cityscapeltd.co.uk. I have confirmed that this domain is no longer associated with any sites on the old team. Despite this, I am unable to add it to my new team due to the aforementioned error.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would like to have this domain managed by Netlify DNS on my new team.

I’m showing that the DNS Zone still exist on the account here:
If you have access to that account, you can delete the DNS Zone here. After deleting the DNS Zone you should be able to add the domain to another site.
If you no longer have access to the account, you can verify ownership of the domain by following this Support Guide:
After creating the TXT Record, please let us know and we’ll verify.
