PLEASE help us help you by writing a good post!

We’re experiencing a recurring issue with dns and SSL provisioning for our domain Custom domain: khentsaco.co.za
Netlify site name: khentsaco.netlify.app
Error message: [khentsaco.co.za] Primary domain keep showing “Preparing your domain…”

  • The domain is connected to Netlify.

  • DNS settings are configured correctly with A records pointing to: 75.2.60.5, Cname record: khentsaco.netlify.app

  • [www.khentsaco.co.za] shows green tick - [Netlify DNS]

  • [SSL/TLS certificate]error: We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.

Steps already tried:

  • Re-added the custom domain
  • Tried “apex-loadbalancer.netlify.com”
  • Flushed DNS cache (Google Public DNS)
  • Checked with DNS checker (records are properly propagated)
  • Waited over 24 hours multiple times

Would appreciate your help resolving this issue.
