Please remove atpaxfinserve.com from old Netlify DNS team

Hi Netlify Support,

I own the domain atpaxfinserve.com, and I’m trying to connect it to my new Netlify site:

But when I try to add the domain under Custom Domains, I get this error:

:cross_mark: atpaxfinserve.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.

I can’t access the old Netlify team because the GitHub account I used to sign in is permanently blocked. So I’m stuck and unable to release the domain from the old team.

Please help remove atpaxfinserve.com from that team’s DNS so I can use it in my current working Netlify account.

I’ve attached a screenshot from Hostinger to prove that I own the domain.
