Hi Netlify team,
My team is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner “CRISTIANO CARVALHO is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
However, Usage & Billing shows 30 credits available for the current cycle, with a warning icon. The whole balance appears to be labelled as operational credits, which cannot be spent on production deploys, so I am blocked from publishing any update.
This matches the known stuck operational-credits flag reported by several other Free plan teams over the past weeks.
