Free plan stuck on operational credits — production deploys paused with 28.9/30 credits

Hi Netlify team,

My team is on the Free plan and the dashboard shows the banner “Studio Esoteric Ink is now running on operational credits — production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.” However, Usage & Billing shows 28.9 of 30 credits remaining, so the balance has barely been touched. The entire balance is labelled Operational credits, which means it can never be spent on production deploys, and I am blocked from publishing any update.

This matches the known stuck operational-credits flag issue reported by several other Free plan teams recently.

Hola, me pasa exactamente lo mismo con mi equipo ferso22468 (plan Free). El banner de “créditos operativos” está bloqueando las implementaciones en producción, aunque debería tener saldo disponible. ¿Podrían revisar mi cuenta también y restablecer la bandera? Gracias.
